Yes, a good conduct bond of $100 is required.

Once you have registered your team, please send us your payment. The date of reception of check will determine the choice of the teams.

Registration

At the Town of Mount Royal arena at the TMR REC site.

  • On-site registration hours:
    • Wednesday, August 5th – 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the CCI (room #225.1)
    • Friday, August 7th – 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the TMR REC
    • Saturday, August 8th starting at 7:00 a.m. at the TMR REC

    Please note that only one team representative is required at the registration tent. Players must go directly to the PLAYERS tent at the site of their game 45 minutes before their first game where a bracelet will be given to them for the duration of the tournament.

No, only one team representative (coach, assistant, manager or parent) needs to be present the registration of the team.

No, the players do not have to come for the registration of the team. There will be a registration of players that will take place one hour before the start of your first match at the field where your first match will be held.

Players must report to the field where will be held their first match one hour before the start of the game to the players’ registration table. There will be a passport check in order to receive their tournament bracelets.

Rules

You can have a maximum of 3 trial players. You must to have a permis de joueur à l’essai for each player.

A trial player, is an affiliated player from another Soccer Club from a lower or equal category and from the same class of the team which invited him.

No, a player can play with only one team during the tournament.

No, the maximum age for each category must be respected.

Yes, a team can play in an older age category, with the exception of the U08 teams that can only play in the U08 category. The team must notify the tournament organizers if they want to play in an older category.

A maximum of 3 persons are allowed to be on the bench with players including coaches, assistants, physiotherapists, manager, etc.

Schedules

The schedules should be available no later than one (1) week before the tournament.

Only teams remaining at least 1 hr and less from the Town of Mount Royal can have a match scheduled on Friday night. This includes teams from the Greater Montreal area (South Shore, North Shore and Laval).

If possible, we try to schedule the first game on Saturday in the middle of the morning.

Yes, a bronze medal is awarded for 3rd place.

Services

We have a cantine/BBQ at certain competition sites. There are restaurants covering a wide variety of tastes around the sites.

Yes, there is a physio present at every competition site.
